This is a very effective Therapy, which looks at the general diet of the client, studies their wellbeing, then locates helpful solutions as to Nutrient requirements, which should be taken additionally to the suggested Nutritional plan, in order to bring further balance to the client in every way, promoting well being, by all of the body getting exactly what it needs to function in it’s most optimised form.
On a cellular level, the nutrients we intake help us regenerate new healthy cells…. so we can optimise our DNA growth, by looking at nutrient intake carefully.
A good, healthy diet, with lots of organic produce, free from additives, as fresh as possible, is a good starting point!
